"To encourage and motivate the youth in and around Northwest Ohio to pursue a professional career in the skilled trades while promoting and raising awareness of the home building industry."

WHAT IS BUILD MY FUTURE

Build My Future is a one-day construction career event for high school students in Northwest Ohio and the surrounding areas. Interactive learning labs from businesses in the skilled trades and building industry will provide students with hands-on opportunities to experience what their future career could look like. Student activities include hands-on learning labs, equipment operation and educational displays.

The concept of Build My Future isn't new, just new to us. Successful Build My Future events are taking place throughout the country. For a better idea of what we're planning check out the videos below from other markets.
